He was predeceased by: his parents, Cosmo Quarto and Lucy Tempest Quarto; and his son Kerry Quarto. He is survived by: his wife Margaret Carberry Quarto; and his children, Chris Quarto of Gainesville, VA, Melanie Jones of Berryville, VA, Carolann Quarto of Vienna, VA and David Quarto of Manassas, VA.
