It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Frances Elaine Brooks (Berryville, Virginia), born in Elkton, Maryland, who passed away on September 14, 2019, at the age of 65, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Haywood Seale and Mary Lee McDonald Seale; her husband Tom Stanley Brooks; her son Jason Hill (Dori) of Purcellville, VA; her siblings, Barbara Landis (Jeff) of New Providence, PA and David Seale (Missy) of Culpeper, VA; her cousin Nancy Maddox (Al) of Leesburg, VA; her grandchildren, Daniella Murga, Mackenzie Hill, Kyleigh, Gabby and Thomas; and also, Morgan, Taylor, Leonard McDonald and Connie.
