She was predeceased by: her parents, King Edward Nowlin and Roberta Tracy Nowlin; and her brother James Edward Nowlin. She is survived by: her children, Raymond Pannell, Jr., Julius Pannell (JD), Aquillia Pannell and Priscilla Pannell; and her grandchildren, John Green, Charles Wood, Michael Pannell, Tambuzie Pannell, Carl Pannell, Julius Pannell, Jr., Clifton Pannell, Eric Payton and Jamie Pannell. She is also survived by great-grandchildren and foster children; other nieces, nephews and cousins.
