It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Eric Julius Myer (Berryville, Virginia), born in Great Barrington, Massachusetts, who passed away on February 7, 2023, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Myer and Anna Katharina Myer; and his siblings, Ann Kingsbury, Grace Wolf and A. Fred Myer.
He is survived by: his fiancée Martha Welch; his children, Claire Myer (Robert Schuck), Elizabeth Stamp (Chris), John Myer (Tina), Matthew Myer (Jeanne) and Joseph Myer (Tamara); his grandchildren, Benjamin Stamp (Chelsea), Abigail Wilkins (Kyle), Paul Myer (Kirsten), Jessica Ribelin (Alex), Amelia Gardner (Ryan), Samuel Myer, Andrew Schuck, Daniel Schuck, Riley Myer, Katherine Myer, Reagan Myer, Margaret Myer and Eric Myer; his great grandchildren, Aspen Ribelin and Mae Myer; and his sisters, Gertrude Lee and Faith Weathington. He is also survived by his many friends and family.
