She was predeceased by: her parents, William Lester Jenkins "Tut" and Lille Alice Sours Jenkins; her daughter Debbie McCarty; her siblings, Lillie Milburn, Ethel Lam, Margaret Stickel, Gladys Jenkins, Charles Jenkins, Russell Jenkins, Leo Jenkins, Roy Jenkins, Jimmy Jenkins and Simon Jenkins; and her granddaughter Jessica James.
She is survived by: her children, Pat James (Frank) of Hamilton, VA, David Leonard, Jr. of Charles Town, WV and Brian Leonard (Bayron) of Inwood, WV; her sister Dorothy L. Combs; her grandchildren, Tanya Leonard, Donnie McCarty III, Joseph James, Justin James, Joshua James, David Leonard III, Jaron Hollida and Keenan Hollida; her great grandchildren, Jacob Wilson, John James-Pike, Jordan Singpiehl, Frankie Lynn James, Jesse James, Dakota James, Jenna James, Grace James and Zion James; and her great great grandchild Serenity Singpiehl.
