He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl Leroy Kruhm and Thelma Elizabeth Wilson Kruhm; and his brother Carl Kruhm, Jr.. He is survived by: his wife Janet Hatfield Kruhm; his daughters, Kristin Stassi (Tom) of Jefferson and Katie Peterschmidt (Matt) of Montross, Virginia; his grandchildren, Isabelle, Madeleine Stassi, Lilianne and James Peterschmidt; and his brother Gerald Kruhm of New Smyrna Beach, Florida..
