He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank C. Sowers and Rosemary Smith Turner. He is survived by: his spouse Ann Plunkett Sowers; his sons, Michael Sowers (Karen) of Round Hill, Virginia Sowers and Patrick Sowers (Lauren) of Lake Frederick; and his grandsons, Gabriel, Finnian and Courtland.
