It is with great sadness that we announce the death of David Franklin Baker of Berryville, Virginia, born in Winchester, Virginia, who passed away on June 1, 2024, at the age of 71, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Samuel Baker and Gloria Dean Baker; and his siblings, Shirley Dillon of Eglon, WV, Susan (Wayne Baker), Roger Baker (Kathy Arthur), Robert Baker of Strasburg, Bonnie Anderson and Richard Baker. He was also cherished by many nieces and nephews.
