With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Constance Rita Poltar (Berryville, Virginia), born in Woonsocket, Rhode Island, who passed away on April 23, 2022 at the age of 79. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Walter Fontaine and Germaine Demaire Fontaine; her husband Robert Stephen Poltar; her children, Connie, Michele Finley (Bill) of Lorton, VA and Dan Poltar (Jessica) of Charles Town, WV; her sister Carol Gobeille (Ron) of Pascoag, RI; and her grandchildren, Caitlin, Ryan, Michael and Christopher.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial donations be made to the Alzheimer's Association in Connie's memory.
