He is survived by: his wife Deborah Burcham Galloway; his children, William Elliott Neale Galloway, Charles Ashton Burch Galloway, Kelsey of Winchester, Brooke Bowman Frame (Chuck), Charlie, Carter of Boyce, Scott Bowman (Leslie), Ellie, Anna of Winchester and James Edwin Morrison Galloway (Amelia) of Charles Town, WV.; and his sister Mary Galloway Boelt of Berryville.
