With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Carolyn Lee Mellen of Berryville, Virginia, born in Washington, District of Columbia, who passed away on March 28, 2024 at the age of 86. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Lee Fillebrown and Helen Bernice Williams Fillebrown; and her brother Joel Fillebrown. She is survived by: her children, Cindy Palladino (Frank) of Amherst, VA, Catherine Randall (Ricky) of Barboursville, VA, Robert Johnson (Suzi) of Sykesville, MD and George Johnson (Deborah) of Culpeper, VA; her grandchildren, Christopher Palladino, Joseph Palladino (Claire), Robert Johnson (Stephanie), Kori Aiken (Cam), Jesse Johnson (Chantal), Sarah Hunnicutt, Andrew Brown and Brandon Randall; her great grandchildren, Jacob, Madeline, James, Abigail, Kenny, Kylee, Natalie, Austin and Chase; and her sister-in-law Dolores Fillebrown.
