She is survived by: her mother Kay Roper White; her husband Shane DeLeon Welch; her children, Declan Welch of Berryville, VA and Aaliyah Welch of Berryville, VA; her siblings, Amie C. Comer of Winchester, VA and Jeffrey White of Berryville, VA; her daughter Peyton Welch; and her brother David White. She is also survived by nieces and nephews; and many close family members and friends.
