It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Barbara Ann Rinker in Berryville, Virginia, born in Washington, District of Columbia, who passed away on October 22, 2021, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Lillian Elizabeth Grey and William Rodgers Hoyle; her daughter Verna Jeannine Rinker; her mother-in-law Mary Elizabeth Rinker; her brother William Grey Hoyle; and her grandson Joshua Phillip Rinker.
She is survived by: her husband Rufus Rinker, Sr.; her children, Karen Roper (Tony), Kay Williamson, Mary Vorous (Donnie), Rufus Rinker, Jr. (Kathryn), Chuck Rinker (Carolyn) and Shawna Hartsook (Woody); and her pet Jenny. She is also survived by 15 Grandchildren, and 20 Great Grandchildren.
