She was predeceased by: her parents, Fahrney Allen and Martha Ada Tusing Fitzwater; her husband Carl D. Shoemaker; her grandchildren, Carl Danny Shoemaker and Sonja Renee Shoemaker; and her sisters, Elta Corway, Mazie, Shipe and Louise Mongold.
She is survived by: her children, Kay S. Lam (Joe) of Richmond, Daniel "Danny" Shoemaker of Bergton, Rickie Shoemaker (Cathy) of Bergton and Rebecca "Becky" Minnich (Rick) of Broadway; her grandchildren, Ashley Dawn Shoemaker, Destiny Faith Shoemaker, Carlie Richele Shoemaker and Kelsie Grace Shoemaker; her brother Allen Fitzwater of Bergton; and her nieces and nephews, Dorothy Fulk, Madaline Carr, Annabell Dove, Dawn Hupp, Ed and Doris Mongold.
