It is with great sadness that we announce the death of James Kenneth Purcell (Bergton, Virginia), born in Harrisonburg, Virginia, who passed away on August 17, 2019, at the age of 65, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward, III and Daisye Wilkins Purcell; and his siblings, David L. Purcell and Mary Helen Purcell. He is survived by: his siblings, Edward Wilkins Purcell and Sara Kathryn Claybrook.
