He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph William Martin and Lillian Derrer Martin; his wife Agnes Martin; and his siblings, Raymond Martin, Joan Marie Shifflett, Jean Smith, Norman Martin and Joyce Harbin.
He is survived by: his son C. L. Martin (Teresa); his stepsons, Steven Ashenfelter, Tony Ashenfelter (Tabby) and Eric Ashenfelter; his grandchildren, Travis, Luke, Kaleb, Mykala and Austin; and his sister Peggy Smith. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
