He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry Frank Nebel and Frances Louise Nebel; and his siblings, Dennis Frank Nebel, Paul Lewis Nebel and Valerie Gallop.
He is survived by: his wife Lori Nebel of Limeton; his daughters, Sabrina Huffman (Chris) of Shenandoah, Melissa Campbell (Jason) of Stanley and Crystal Nebel (David Cooper) of Stanley; his grandchildren, Courtney Smelser (Tyler), Tyler Huffman, Destiny Campbell, Danielle Housden, Brett Paul Campbell, Nevaeh Presgraves, Ace Campbell, Kayla Cubbage and Leighanna Cubbage; and his great grandchild Presley Smelser.
