He was predeceased by: his parents, Willard Thomas and Myrtle Mullins Culbertson; his siblings, Carlos Culbertson, Otis Culbertson, Beulah Hillman, Goldie McCoy, Agnes Hall, Lola May Osbourne, Muriel Litton and Coetta Castle; and his grandson Joshua Culbertson.
He is survived by: his wife Mildred "Millie" Culbertson; his children, Leasa Murphy, Kevin Culbertson, Matthew Culbertson (Jill) and Adam Culbertson (Angie); his grandchildren, Christian Murphy, Caleb Murphy, Sophia Culbertson, Logan Culbertson and Averi Culbertson; and his brother Thomas Culbertson.
