He is survived by: his mother Gina Jenkins; his stepfather Mike Smith; his father Karl Van Reuth; his sister Joanna; his brother-in-law Robbie Foster; his grandmother Connie Jenkins; his aunt Sheri; his uncle Jim Johnson; his nephews, Brayden and Bentley Foster; and his cousin Lisa Willingham. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles and cousins; and many friends.
