He was predeceased by: his parents, James Epperly and Virginia Epperly; and his brother Leroy Epperly. He is survived by: his wife Deborah Epperly; his son Wayne Epperly (Elizabeth); his grandchildren, Alexis, Tucker, Andrew, Lane and Sara; his great grandchild Taylynn; and his sisters, Darlene Gatewood and Judy Ritter. He is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
