She is survived by: her daughter Polly T. Melson (Dennis) of Belle Haven; her brother Bill E. Harris of Roanoke, VA; her grandson Jeffrey Thomas Melson (Sara); and her great grandchildren, Benjamin and Emma. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
