He was predeceased by: his father Margolus Oxendine. He is survived by: his mother Nora Oxendine of Belle Haven; his sisters, Margolane Parker (Robert) of Onancock, VA and Sheree Buck (Gary) of Belle Haven; his niece Jennifer Bauters of Finland; his nephew Ian Buck (Irina) of Belle Haven; and his great-nephews, Cadeus Buck and Gaius Buck.
