Rowe (Page) of Church Neck, VA; his grandchildren, Kelly Antrim of Painter, VA, Scott Hines (Emily) of Exmore, VA and Camden III of Washington, D. C.; and his great grandchildren, Gabe Antrim, McKenna Rhatigan, Asher Hines and Bayleigh Rhatigan.
