He is survived by: his wife Betty Seabolt Chappelle; his children, Kirt J. Chappelle (Mickey) and Katrina Chappelle Lilly (Mark); and his grandchildren, Sawyer Chappelle (Kristina), Fallon Wright (Craig), Zackary Lilly and Matthew Lilly.
