He was predeceased by: his parent Charles W. Turpin. He is survived by: his parent Francis Wilson Turpin; his children, William Perry Turpin (Carol) and Donna Turpin Arrington (Steve); and his brother Richard Turpin (Pat). He is also survived by six grandchildren; six great-grandchildren.
