He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph E. King and Madeline Baney Cambrey King; and his wives, Lelia Virginia Ruff King and Hazel Stump King. He is survived by: his son William King, Jr (Dawn); his sisters, Dawn Johns and Marie Johnson; his grandchildren, Joshua King, Christine King, Nicole Wilson and Robin Dooley; and his stepchildren, Kathy Ruff, Dorothy, Wayne Gordon, Jeanette Ruff, Glen, Dreama Ruff, Cindy Ruff, Johnny Ruff, Diane Alexander, Tommy, Debra Stump and Danny Stump. He is also survived by seventeen step-grandchildren and sixteen step-great grandchildren.
