She was predeceased by: her husband Dr. John W. O'Grady; and her sisters, Gertrude Ryan, Patricia Johnson and Phyllis Sevigny. She is survived by: her children, Ellen Conroy (Steve), John O'Grady (Maureen), Susan Salvucci (Robert), Mary Leyden (Peter), Lawrence O'Grady (Elizabeth) and Megan DiPanfilo (Jay); and her sister Lauretta Cloherty of Salem, MA. She is also survived by 16 grandchildren and 19 great grandchildren.
