She was predeceased by: her parents, Rev. Noah Allen and Ella Simmons Allen; and her daughter Crystal Darlene Steen. She is survived by: her husband Donald Ray Steen; her daughter Deborah Steen (Brian Barr); her granddaughter Emily Steen Viar (Zack); her great grandchildren, Hunter Turpin, Connor Turpin and Parker Viar; her sister Margaret Dudley; and her siblings-in-law, Dorothy May Allen, Pearl Nalley, Helen Steen, Jean Ann Gowen and Eddie Gowen (Pat). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
