He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Parker and Nannie Tinsley Parker. He is survived by: his wife Brenda Hobson Parker; his daughter Lindore Harper; his siblings, Veronica Parker, Mary Parker, Martin Parker (Janice) and Johnny Parker (Brenda); and his nieces, Karen Spinner and Cindy Hood.
