He was predeceased by: his father Wesley David Preas; his siblings, Katina Annette Sowell, David Preas and Mark Preas; and his stepfather Robert Sowell.
He is survived by: his mother Joan Cocke Sowell of Altavista; his children, Jessica Pillow (Terry) of Gretna, Jody Adams and Josh Adams; his friend Cheryl Adams of Bedford; his stepmother Margaret Cox; his brother Michael Sowell; his grandchildren, Madisynne Pillow, Peyton Pillow, Brynleigh Pillow, Amberlynn Adams, Dylan Schuster and Jacob Schuster; and his nieces, Sydney Preas and Amanda Preas.
