He is survived by: his daughters, Rhonda C. Gibbons (Michael) and Lisa C. Dease (Marc); his grandchildren, Brittanie Berry (Ben), Emily Gibbons and Ryan Gibbons (Katie); and his sister Ilene C. Compton.
