He was predeceased by: his parent Thomas Harry Morgan. He is survived by: his mother Alice Heinz Morgan of Metairie, LA; his wife Mary Miles of Bedford; his brothers, Kenneth Morgan and Timothy Morgan of Louisiana; his daughters, Kelli M. Morton of Enid and Tracie M. Kirkpatrick of Hampton, Virginia; his stepson Barry G. Johnson of Roanoke, Virginia; and his close friends, Sally Hensley and Francis "Smitty" Smith. He is also survived by seven grandchildren.
Tom Morgan believed strongly in giving back to his community through his efforts, time, and donations.
