He is survived by: his son-in-law Len; his wife Donna Draper Collier; his children, Charles Edward Collier (Amy) of Huddleston and Cindy Collier Snead (Len) of Bedford; his grandchildren, Hunter Taylor, Avery Taylor (Alex Forte), Rieley Taylor, Delaney Snead, Leo Snead, Bryce Snead, Sunny Snead, Cindy Overstreet (Brandon), Dustin Choate (Candace) and Charles Thomas Collier; his great grandchildren, Colton, Luke, Savannah, Abilene, Scarlett and Joseph; and his sisters, Violet C. Cassidy (Flay) of Moneta and Mary Lou C. Robertson of Forest. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews and several cousins.
