She was predeceased by: her parents, Clinton Carl Craghead and Dorothy Alice Dooley Craghead. She is survived by: her husband David Saunders; her children, Erik David Saunders (Mandy) and Autumn Houck (Nathan); her grandchildren, Savannah Saunders, Nora Houck, Elliot Houck and Amelia Houch; and her sister Twyla Crisp.
Visitation was held on Monday, October 28th 2024 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Updike Funeral Home & Cremation Service (1140 W Lynchburg Salem Turnpike, Bedford, VA 24523). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, October 29th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the Morgan's Baptist Church (2086 Morgans Church Rd, Bedford, VA 24523).
