She was predeceased by: her husband Charles Ronald Seabolt; her parents, Elmer David Foutz and Susie Giles Foutz; and her sisters, Elsie F. Stowers, Virginia F. Pizzati and Lucille F. Spradlin.

She is survived by: her son David Wayne Seabolt; her sister Rachael F. Smith; and her sister-in-law Betty Chappell. She is also survived by numerous nieces & nephews.
