It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Rozelle Cox Bowyer of Bedford, Virginia, who passed away on January 25, 2021, at the age of 96, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Doc Jackson Cox and Dallie Lee Aliff Cox; and her husband Boyce Leonard Bowyer. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
