He was predeceased by: his parents, Jessie Booker Fulton and Bertha Creasy Fulton; and his brother Roger Fulton. He is survived by: his siblings, Robert Fulton (Susie) and Roslyn Fulton; his daughter Skylar; his child-in-law Chris Fulton (Whitney); his grandchildren, Gwendolyn, Petranella and Lillie Beth Fulton; his great grandchildren, Mason, Owen and Rilan; and also Kim Fulton Beazley.
