He was predeceased by: his parents, James Howard and Suzanne Mercer Howard. He is survived by: his wife Linda Kay Wilson Howard; his son Jason Howard (Leanna); his brothers, David, Jim and Don Howard; his grandchildren, Hayden, Peyton and Sydney Howard; and his pet Kara.
The family would like memorial contributions to be made in Robert's name to The Wounded Warriors Project.
