With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Robert Eugene Hackman of Bedford, Virginia, born in Baltimore, Maryland, who passed away on February 7, 2022 at the age of 90. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Howard Gordon Hackman and Elizabeth Morris Hackman; his son Ron Hackman; and his brother Douglas Hackman. He is survived by: his wife Mildred "Millie" Moore Hackman; his children, Steven Hackman (Petra), John Hackman (Belle) and Carol Ellis (Kenny); his brother Phillip Hackman (Donna); and his daughter-in-law Cindy Hackman. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
