He was predeceased by: his parents, Anson Richard "Slim" Fowler and Carrie Zeiler Fowler; his wife Beatrice K. Fowler; and his brother Norman Richard Fowler (Virginia "Ginny"). He is survived by: his sons, Brad Fowler (Cheryl), Craig Fowler (Kristi) and Daniel Fowler (Janine); and his grandchildren, Hannah, Emilie, Rachel, Meagan and Sammy.
