He is survived by: his wife Lola; his son Chase Edward Meador; his aunts, Brenda, Linda and Nancy; his friends, Scott, Amy Arney, Christi Toms, Jeremy Evans, Bernie Hamlet and Debbie Woolwine (Curt); and his sons, Austin and Andy.
