She was predeceased by: her parents, Clarence Rucker Cheek and Hettie Sims Cheek; her husband Buford Irvin Gross; her siblings, Mildred Atkins, John, Lyle and Cicero Cheek; and her son-in-law Robert Krantz (Andy).
She is survived by: her daughters, Ginger Krantz and Gail Gardner (Ricky); her grandsons, Nathan Krantz (Zoe), Christopher Gardner (Jennifer) and Jeremy Gardner (Kymberly); her great grandchildren, Ryan, Abby Krantz, Noah, Bo, Landon and Tysen Gardner; her stepgreat-grandchildren, Taylor, Samantha and Jackson Harvey; and her brother Bobby Cheek (Shirley). She is also survived by her children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren.
