He was predeceased by: his parents, David Elmer Citty and Louise Bush Citty; and his sisters, Maxine Pierce, Audrey Spradlin, Mildred Pistilli, Barbara Martin and Carolyn Sue Lodge.
He is survived by: his wife Emilie Jane Angel Citty; his daughters, Tamra Leigh Citty Routon (Donald Thaxton), Karen Rae Citty and Kelly Angel Citty Smith (Michael "Smitty" Smith); and his grandchildren, Hannah, Morgan, Mariah, Emilie, Raymond, Thomas, Michael and Cooper. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and so many friends.
