It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Randolph Watts Rowland (Bedford, Virginia), born in Baltimore, Maryland, who passed away on January 12, 2020, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, George Randolph Rowland and Ione Watts Rowland; his children, Oneida Rowland Eddy (Calvin) of Bedford, Harry Watts Rowland and Randy Watts Rowland II (Jamie) of Bedford; his sister Nancy Watts Rowland Jackson of Bedford; his friends, Pat Burdiss, Charlie, Deanna Hall, Delmar and Phyllis Basham of Odd, W. VA; his brother David Watts Rowland; and his grandchildren, Tiffany Dawn Eddy, Jordan Rae Rowland and Donovan James Rowland. He was also cherished by several nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers the family requests that memorials be made to the American Cancer Society.
