It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Phyllis Smith (Bedford, Virginia), born in Providence, Rhode Island, who passed away on February 11, 2021, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Eleanor and John Harvey Jr.; her siblings, John Harvey III (Sandy) and Elizabeth Harvey; her children, Clark Smith (Tiffany) and Andrea Smith (Bob Morse); and her grandchildren, Carter Smith, Kate Morse and Chris Morse.
Due to Covid, there was no funeral.
