He is survived by: his daughter Suzanne "Susie" Stevens (Carlos) of Kentucky; his granddaughters, Trina, Nikki, Jennie and Sofi; and his siblings, Mark Stevens (Glenda) of Bedford, Kenneth Stevens (Theresa) of Troutville, Jackie Stevens (Lisa) of Thaxton, Danny Stevens of Bedford and Debbie Layne (Tommy) of Roanoke.
