He was predeceased by: his parents, William R. McMillion and Agnes Irene Danbury McMillion; and his brothers, John "Danny", Jimmy and Larry McMillion.

He is survived by: his siblings, William "Billy" McMillion (Janet) of Bedford, VA, Sammy McMillion (Sherry) of Ivor, VA and Drema Bowden of Edmonton, KY. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
