She was predeceased by: her parents, Garnett Whorley and Clara Robertson Whorley; her husband Robert L. Ashwell; and her siblings, Warren Whorley, Watson Whorley, Emma Arlene Whorley, Mable Wills and Ruth Hensley. She is also survived by her many nieces & nephews.
