It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Mary Belle Garraghty Harrell of Bedford, Virginia, who passed away on December 25, 2023, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, James Howard Garraghty I and Janie Moseley Wilkerson; and her brother James Howard Garraghty II. She is survived by: her significant other Lemuel David Harrell; her sister Janie Garraghty Jordan; her sisters-in-law, Dorothy Harrell Barger (Ray), Kathy A. Garraghty and Linda M. Johnson; her cousins, Dawn Tinsley Arrington (Barry) and Marianne Garraghty Wydner (John); her friend Wanda Garraghty Morris (Wayne); her niece Amanda Garraghty (Amanda); and her nephews, Michael Garraghty (Dana), Tony Garraghty (Teresa), Randall Garraghty (Julie), James Howard Garraghty III and Tony Brookus (Nicole). She is also survived by numerous other cousins; her niece, caregiver.
