He was predeceased by: his parents, Mario A Rutoskey, Sr. and Marie Smith Rutoskey of Bedford, VA. He is survived by: his wife Karyn; and his sisters, Donna Rice, Cynthia Mitchell (Donnie) and Debbie Goad (Lonnie). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, in-laws and a God daughter.
